About Me

My journey began with drawing and painting. At the academy of arts I learned to see through the eyes of a painter, and later I delved into the stories of art history. The act of observing, discovering forms, reading light and shadow - it still shapes everything I create.

But in time, my hands asked for more. They longed for touch, for texture, for a craft that could be felt as much as seen. That longing led me to textiles, to wool, to a process where art and craftsmanship intertwine.

For me, craftsmanship is sacred. Color is my devotion. Where once I worked with paint and brush, I now work with wool, plants and flowers. I still look with the eyes of a painter - yet in my heart, I am a textile artist.

Felt Magazine

With the enchanting photography of Hanna Geels the magazine came to life - sharing glimpses of my way of working, my dialogue with nature, and the felted worlds I create. My art brings a gentle warmth and softness into contemporary homes, like whispers of the earth woven into color and form.
